THE BUTTON-FRONT CHALLENGE
The opening should not break your identity.
A full-button front overlaps. Letters, outlines and printed stripes need to be planned for the visible panels when the jersey is fastened. InkSportPro focuses on bringing those graphic elements together in the finished layout.

Red and white with a large chest wordmark. A useful direction when front continuity is the main design focus.

A restrained white-and-blue direction with front script and back personalization.

Choose the material on purpose.
All three options are 100% polyester. We use 150g and 180g as nominal trade-weight descriptions; confirm GSM (g/m²), the fabric reference and any tolerance in the written specification.

Custom baseball jerseys with optional white pants
Build your baseball uniform around a custom jersey, with plain white pants available in a fixed standard pattern. The pants are quoted separately; confirm the size chart, quantities and package contents before ordering. This reference image does not establish the actual pockets, waistband, hem or fabric specification.
Plan an adult recreational team order
Choose the required jersey first, then decide whether players will use their own suitable pants or request the white-pants option. Baseball jerseys are counted as individual pieces, with a standard minimum of 10 per style and 50 per order. Confirm mixed designs and future reorders separately.

From design approval to the finished uniform
01 · Design brief
Share style references, artwork, material choice, roster, destination and arrival date.
02 · Customer design approval
Agree the front/back layout and the placket crossing points.
03 · Full-scale digital printing
Print the approved fabric artwork at 1:1 scale.
04 · Automated laser cutting
Cut the garment panels to the approved production pattern.
05 · Hanging-system assembly
Coordinate panel assembly through the garment hanging system.
06 · Garment inspection
Check the finished garment against agreed artwork, fit and player information.
07 · Pressing & packing
Prepare the finished garments and the agreed packaging.
08 · Outbound inspection
Reconcile the order before dispatch.
Sampling, order quantities and dispatch
Minimum: 10 garments per style, with at least 50 garments per order. Confirm how colorways, designs and garment combinations are counted.
Sampling: A sample garment can generally be ready the day after design confirmation. Sampling is covered for a confirmed and paid order; alternatively, an advance order payment can be credited against the subsequent bulk order. Confirm sample shipping and applicable terms in your quotation.
Dispatch: Orders up to 500 garments are generally dispatched within 7 working days after sample approval, including scheduling. Transit time is additional. Confirm the final specification and project schedule.
Questions before you choose a baseball uniform
Can you align lettering across the buttons?
Front-pattern matching is a focus of this range. Agree the critical joins on the garment template and approve a fastened sample. The opening and buttons remain physical features; no universal zero-deviation claim is made.
Which material should we choose?
Compare the actual 180g birdseye, 150g birdseye/pinhole and 150g straight-texture options. All are 100% polyester. Choose from an approved printed sample rather than GSM alone.
Are the pictured trousers included?
Plain white baseball pants in a standard pattern are available as an optional addition. They are included only when listed in your quotation. Confirm fit, sizes, price and quantities separately; custom pant patterns are not part of this offer.
Can we add names, numbers and sponsors?
Share your artwork and roster. Placement, scale, print feasibility and order details are confirmed before production.
Can I upload my design?
Yes. The current quote form accepts two optional files up to 5 MB each and a download link for larger artwork.
Is the sample unconditionally free?
No. The stated sampling terms depend on confirmed payment or an advance order payment credited against the bulk order. Confirm the arrangement and sample shipping.
