Quick answer: A per-style minimum and a total-order minimum are separate conditions. InkSportPro currently states 10 garments per style and at least 50 garments in one order. Confirm how the proposed designs, colorways and garment combinations are classified before planning the mix.
Count garments before counting players

A team of twenty players may need twenty jerseys, forty jerseys or another number, depending on the package. Write the actual garment quantities first. If white pants are requested, list them separately and confirm how they are counted; do not assume they contribute to the jersey minimum.
The word “minimum” does not explain the sales unit by itself. Ask the supplier to state the unit used in the quote and how that unit relates to its published minimums.
Distinguish sizes from styles
A design offered across several sizes may be treated as one style, but do not assume every variation is grouped automatically. Different colorways, opening constructions or artwork arrangements may require separate classification.
Player names and numbers are also different from a change to the shared team design. Tell the supplier which details vary by player and which vary by uniform version. This helps it assess the proposed order rather than responding to an incomplete total.
Work through examples carefully

| Proposed mix | What the buyer needs confirmed |
|---|---|
| 50 jerseys in one design | Size mix and the relevant sales unit |
| Five designs with 10 garments each | Whether each design qualifies as a style and the order mix is accepted |
| Two designs with 20 garments each | How to resolve a total below 50 garments |
| One design with fewer than 10 garments | Whether any alternative arrangement is available |
These are planning examples, not automatic approvals. Do not add quantities or buy unwanted garments solely to make a spreadsheet satisfy an assumed interpretation.
Plan home and away quantities separately
If every player receives two versions, list those versions explicitly. Include any coaches, replacement garments or practice tops as separate rows where relevant. A consolidated order can then be reviewed for both total quantity and each style requirement.
For clubs ordering across squads, identify which elements are shared. Two teams with different crests may be different styles even if their base colors are similar. The manufacturer should confirm the classification rather than leaving the club to guess.
Include small reorders in the discussion early
A first order meeting the minimum does not necessarily guarantee the same terms for a later single-player replacement. Ask how late additions and replacement garments will be handled before the main order is released.
You might choose to discuss spare garments or an approved way of consolidating future requirements. Those are commercial decisions for the buyer and supplier. Do not represent one solution as included unless it appears in the agreed terms.
Keep minimums connected to the wider brief
Fabric, opening style and personalization remain important even when quantity is the immediate concern. A quotation for an alternative specification should be clearly labeled so that the buyer understands what has changed.
Can I mix sizes? Ask for confirmation against the selected style and pattern range.
Does a 50-garment order permit any number of designs? No. The per-style condition still needs to be met or separately agreed.
Send a baseball uniform inquiry with a quantity table by style and size. It will be more useful than a single team headcount.

Order units depend on the product
Baseball jerseys are counted individually: the standard minimum is 10 pieces per style and 50 pieces per order. White pants are optional; confirm their quantities and counting separately. Soccer and basketball uniforms use a different unit: one jersey plus shorts is one set, normally with 50 sets per order. Do not count 25 soccer sets as 50 units toward that minimum. Mixed-style and mixed-team arrangements require confirmation.
