How do we plan shirts for an event?
Begin with the event date, estimated participant count and the way shirts will be distributed. Prepare quantities by size instead of a total alone. If staff, participants and volunteers use different graphics or colors, name each version separately in the brief.
How should sponsors and event graphics be arranged?
List the main event artwork, sponsor logos and any participant-specific text. Mark front, back and sleeve locations where required. Confirm how the graphic size and position should be reviewed across the intended garment sizes.
Which shirt details should a buyer compare?
Ask for the proposed fabric composition, weight, garment measurements and the available production options for your artwork. A catalog color or gradient shows a design direction; it does not by itself confirm fabric performance, printing method or fit.

Can you meet our event deadline?
For orders of up to 500 garments, dispatch is generally within 7 working days after sample approval, including production scheduling. Shipping transit time is separate from dispatch. Provide the required arrival date and full destination so the shipment plan can be discussed.
