Build a separate coach jersey allocation with role, fit, artwork and tournament checks before adding staff garments to a baseball team order.
Identify who needs a garment
Begin with the active bench staff and the actual event schedule. Ask the league or tournament what coaches may wear in the relevant area. Little League’s purchasing guidance directs local leagues to consult the applicable rulebook for equipment requirements. Record the organizer’s answer beside the staff allocation so the person approving the graphic can see which role each garment serves. Reference
Take staff fit separately
Give coaches the supplier’s chart for the exact cut. If a coach wears a layer underneath, have them try the sample over that layer and move through their usual bench duties. Create a row for role, size, design version, name or number if required, and issue location. A player size roster can miss staff who join after the team fitting.
Confirm how it is quoted and packed
Ask whether the coach version is treated as the same style or a separate style for the actual quotation. Include the player and staff variants separately, even when the graphics are nearly identical. Label the packed staff pieces so they can go to the bench coordinator. Keep the confirmed list with the rest of the team order.
Review the product options and send the confirmed specifications for a quote.
