Private-label T-shirts carry an agreed brand identity beyond a visible front graphic. The project can include garment labels, size identification, packing and presentation. These components need their own specification because a shirt can look correct in a mockup while arriving with the wrong label text or an unsuitable packing arrangement.

Separate the label types
List the brand mark, size information and care or composition information as distinct items. Record which existing labels are retained and which changes are requested. A branding label is not a replacement for all other garment information. Confirm the intended market’s requirements through the appropriate compliance process before finalizing customer-facing label copy.
Specify physical details
For each label, provide the artwork, dimensions, material preference, location and attachment instructions for review. Ask the producer to confirm what can be supplied. A photograph is useful inspiration but may not show the reverse side, fold or attachment. Request a relevant physical sample when the label’s appearance or feel is part of the product promise.
Describe packing as an operation
Indicate whether garments are folded or grouped in a particular way, how sizes are identified and what information belongs on outer cartons. Separate presentation packaging from transport packing. Keep unnecessary wearer data off external labels. If several styles or destinations share a project, state how each must be separated and counted.
Approve the complete handoff
Review garment, labels and packing references together before production. Confirm any costs, quantities and lead-time implications in the quotation. InkSportPro supports discussions of OEM labels and packaging, but individual materials and details still require written confirmation. Retain the final label files and packing list so a reorder can reproduce the intended brand presentation.
